In my thesis, I elaborate on conversations as the essence of any kind of human interaction, and how cultivated conversations have led to cultural progress.
Conversations on the Web have come a long way. The Web and media in general have shaped our behavior and thoughts. Also, quickly evolving technology and the consequential establishment of data silos tore these conversations apart.
However, the social space known as the web may serve as the optimal breeding ground for a down-to-earth implementation of semantic web technologies, giving us the chance to reconnect the volatile conversations on the web.
